I Sing Only For You - Chapter 2

A few months earlier~

Matt was tapping away at his laptop trying to hack into the database,
"Damn there security is high, well challenge excepted!" He smirks liking how that sounded, then continues to tap the buttons concentration on the task, but was easily disturbed by his fellow band member/flat mate walking in.

"Matt what the fuck are you doing? It sounds like your trashing- hmm what's this?"

He leans over matt to see a load of jumbled letters all over the screen. His flat mate just laughs and shakes it off.

"Anyway so I was thinking about some bands who we can try and get opening performances for, I mean we want a well know band and that-"

"Steve I will have us a slot very soon don't you worry and its a world wide tour too" he mumbles while trying to concentrate.

With the look of confusion on steve's face he begins to worry "Just what are you doing Matt?"

"Hacking" he simply reply's with a smirk.

"Okay explain I don't understand..."

"Well I've always like this band and you obviously know of how I long to see a distant friend.."

"Yeah...? Your point?"

He pulls out his smoke and lighter and sparks one up, he inhale's the fumes then continues. "Well yeh obviously I'm one of the best hackers ever, so I'm hacking into their database and deleting all the other great bands and making ours first priority so we get chosen."

He makes a massive tap on the keypad and then looks at steve with a proud smile of achievement for finely being finished. He looks at his flat mate in front of him to just see him shocked.

"Hello? Steve? Anyone there?" He waves his hand in front of his friend "Hmm well that's just rude, I was talking to you..."

Steve finely snaps out of the trance,

"Matt...?"

"Hmm yeh?" He looks at him with a smile

"How the fuck did you do that?! That was amazing!"

"Uhhh well guess its just a natural talent I guess" he answers while rubbing the back of his head awkwardly.

Hell no was he going to tell him that he was 3rd to succeed L, and grew up in an orphanage for geniuses. His fellow band members knew he lived in an orphanage, as the used to drag him out for band practice. But they never knew the truth, and never will. Matt sighed at the thought of them knowing. It would be a disaster.

"Oh yeh matt I forgot to say charlie keeps pestering me about coming over tonight for some drinks what do you think? I mean he is in love with you after all" he laughs half way through the sentence, while matt just gives him a dirty look.

"Okay, okay sorry! But I can't help it you know? Anyway what should I tell him?"

Matt sighs "only if the rest of the band comes too, I don't want him to cling to me all night. I have my own problems to deal with!"

"Yeah, yeah! I know you don't need to tell me anyway I'll go give them a call."

"I don't get him. Doesn't he not see yet, that I'm not interested in him?"

"He won't give up that easily." He reply's before leaving the room.

Matt got up and sat on his bed, all he needed now was for the band to reply to them about touring. Get some V.I.P tickets, then send them to the chocoholic saying he won them, was pretty simple in Matt's mind.

He had already tracked that the blond was in LA. So his plan was finely coming together. He picked up his xbox controller and started to play skyrim while he waited. It was only a matter of time before his plan was finished. Then he could finely see the one he longed to be with.
